What are Versona’s store hours?
Most Versona stores are open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. However, hours may vary by individual store. Please call your local Versona store for its specific store hours.

Which credit cards are accepted at Versona?
Versona stores accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Does Versona have a gift card?
Yes! Versona gift cards can be purchased at any Versona store or at www.VersonaAccessories.com.

Can I purchase a Versona gift card online?
Yes! Versona gift cards are now available for purchase online in the amount of $25 to $999, for use in our retail stores – click here to purchase. Versona gift cards may be redeemed at any of our Versona retail stores. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and may not be applied as payment on any account. Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged gift cards will not be canceled or replaced without the required proof of purchase. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards; however, items paid for with a gift card will be charged applicable sales tax. Versona gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Where can I send a Versona gift card?
Gift cards may be sent to any valid shipping address in the Continental United States.

One shipping address per transaction. If shipping to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

What are the shipping options for Versona gift cards?
We offer two shipping options – Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

There is no charge for standard delivery. Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service within 4 to 9 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Add one business day for orders placed after 2 p.m. EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Standard Delivery orders are mailed U.S. Postal Service and can not be tracked. All orders are subject to a verification process and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institution may cause delay.

Express delivery can be purchased for $11.99. Orders placed by 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be delivered by FedEx within two business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Add one business day for orders placed after 2 p.m. EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to a verification process and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institution may cause delay.

What is the return policy at Versona?
With an original receipt: We will honor a refund in the original form of payment within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, a refund will be issued at the current selling price.
Without an original receipt: We will issue an exchange or store credit at the current selling price. Washed and/or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

How can I be a model for Versona?
Versona uses professional modeling agencies throughout the country. If you are interested in modeling, we suggest you contact a professional agency.

Are there franchise opportunities for Versona?
